I can't believe that it has been one month since I last went climbing. Four consecutive weeks of being to busy to escape for even a moment alone with my tools...that's twenty eight days, Six hundred and Seventy two hours, and 40,320 minutes...you get the point, for me, it was too long. Its not all about just the climbing, but also the beauty of being outside in the mountains with great friends.

It was the most perfect spring day. The shade was cool, but the sun actually made a significant difference in air temperature. The snow was light and fluffy, pretty idyllic. One thing to mention though is that there is a large cornice hanging high above a snow filled bowl, that is unfortunately right above the climbs. It hasn't released once this year....cold early mornings are probably best!
